49th International Mountain Guides Ski Championship

From 25th to 28th April 2024, the 49th International Mountain Guides' Ski Championships will take place on the Glacier 3000 near Gstaad.

The mountain guide association of Gstaad-Lenk is pleased to welcome mountain guides and their partners from all over the world to the Saanenland. The giant slalom, the ascent race and the new fun event will take place at the ski resort Glacier 3000 on Saturday, 27th April 2024. It will be framed by a skitour on friday morning, a festive programme, the marching-in of the nations on Friday at 16pm and the gala evening on Saturday night.

The event is only offered as a complete package.

Included in the package are: 

  • Organised ski tour/freeriding on friday
  • Opening apero 
  • Giant slalom
  • Ascent race 
  • Fun Event off piste NEW
  • Apero after the ski race 
  • Gala evening (without drinks)
  • Remembrance award

Not included:

  • Ski pass
  • Hotel expenses
  • The ski passes for the Glacier 3000 need to be reserved on registration. They will be sold at the bib issue friday evening for (CHF 45.00/day). Ski passes for friday are available if necessary and need to be reserved as well.
